Designed by Context Architects, Phase 1 of this impressive development includes 200 residential units with balconies, 10 commercial units, three live/work units and communal gardens on a 6,700sqm site, new road and 20 additional on-streetcar parking spaces. A mixed-use, modern heart for Albany Centre, 75% of apartments were sold off the plans.

Albany Rose Garden Apartments delivers on the vision of Auckland’s Unitary Plan - the desire for intensification in Albany centre - and meets economic and social objectives to increase the vitality and viability of the area, while easing housing affordability and availability in Auckland.
