Eric is a chartered professional engineer (CPEng/CMEngNZ) and a Green Star Accredited Professional (GSAP). Eric moved from France to New Zealand, initially working alongside the founding members of eCubed in Wellington. He joined the Auckland team ten years ago and has since been an invaluable asset.

Eric’s experience spans a wide array of award-winning projects in New Zealand, where he has guided developments from concept to completion. His expertise has made him a sought-after resource for post-completion support, leading to numerous follow-on projects.

Eric is widely recognised for his strong communication skills, teamwork, and unwavering dedication. His expertise in system design for the Shipbuilding and Defence industries equips him with a unique blend of precision and creativity. This background, coupled with his deep passion for architecture, enables Eric to deliver designs that are both innovative and meticulously detailed.

Over the years, Eric has led the design of mechanical services and building services teams for projects across New Zealand, ranging from small-scale developments to large scale, high value projects . His notable projects include the Mount Albert Research Centre, the B:Hive Project at Smales Farm, the APL Factory in Cambridge, and Resido, the Sylvia Park Build-to-Rent development in Mt Wellington.

Before moving to New Zealand, Eric worked in France and Singapore, managing and designing mechanical services for major projects such as cruise liners and one of Europe’s largest defence initiatives.
