Simon brings over 15 years of experience in the electrical industry, having started as an apprentice and worked across industrial, commercial, and residential sectors. With an electrical engineering degree from AUT, Simon transitioned into building services as a consultant, where he excels in collaborating with design teams from the early stages of projects.

He thrives on delivering innovative solutions that challenge industry norms—whether through boutique lighting designs, energy-efficient electrical models, or seamless integration of technology. Simon's extensive experience spans a variety of sectors, including airports, hospitals, universities, commercial buildings, and more, where he’s worked on everything from general lighting and electrical systems to specialized design and 3D BIM.

With a background in both contracting and consulting, Simon understands the complexities of taking a project from concept to completion, ensuring the design is both practical and forward-thinking. A Chartered Professional Engineer with Engineering New Zealand and an Auckland Council Registered Producer Statement Author, Simon is committed to ethical decision-making and delivering quality solutions that meet the unique needs of each client.
